1. About HireHub

HireHub is a trading name operated by:

These Terms of Service govern your use of hirehub.biz and the services provided by Turbo Partners LLP and/or Clarent Solutions LLC under the HireHub brand.

2. Services

HireHub provides business process outsourcing, talent solutions and digital services to B2B clients, including:

• Recruitment and workforce support services
• IT and technology services
• Digital marketing services
• Freelancer platform access (hirehub.biz)

All services are provided to business clients only. HireHub does not provide services directly to private consumers.

3. No Employment Relationship

HireHub acts as an independent service provider. HireHub does not act as an employer of any candidates, contractors or professionals introduced or connected through its services or platform. All engagements between clients and candidates or contractors are direct arrangements between those parties. HireHub is not party to and bears no responsibility for such direct engagements.

4. Payments

All payments made to HireHub are service fees for recruitment, coordination, IT, marketing or platform access services. These are not salaries, wages or employment-related payments of any kind. Specific fee structures are set out in the applicable service agreement between HireHub and the client.

5. User Obligations

Users of hirehub.biz and clients of HireHub agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Use the platform and services for lawful B2B purposes only
• Comply with all applicable laws in connection with engaging candidates or contractors
• Not misrepresent their identity, company or requirements
• Not circumvent HireHub's platform fees or service agreements

6. No Financial Services

HireHub does not provide payment processing, money transfer, escrow or financial intermediary services. HireHub does not hold client funds beyond normal settlement of its own service fees. No financial services licence is required for or held in connection with HireHub's activities.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on hirehub.biz, including text, design, trademarks and platform software, is the property of Turbo Partners LLP and/or Clarent Solutions LLC. Unauthorised reproduction or use is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

HireHub's liability to any user or client shall be limited to the total fees paid to HireHub in the 3 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim. HireHub is not liable for indirect, consequential or special losses, or for the conduct or performance of any candidate, contractor or third party.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the applicable law of the jurisdiction selected in the relevant service agreement:

• For engagements through Turbo Partners LLP: English law, Courts of England and Wales.
• For engagements through Clarent Solutions LLC: Georgian law, Courts of Tbilisi, Georgia.

10. Changes to These Terms

HireHub may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or notice on hirehub.biz. Continued use of the platform or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
